Polarbjorn is an exciting á la Carte restaurant located on the hotel's 9th floor with a spectacular panoramic view of Aalesund city center, as well as the sea and surrounding islands. The restaurant has a capacity of approx. 70 guests.
The menu is French and Internationally inspired, and offers a varied selection of first-class dishes from land and sea, based only on the best ingredients from local producers and suppliers. Choose dishes individually or try one of the restaurant's recommended combinations. Is your group over 8 people, we ask you to choose the same menu.
Opening hours:
Monday - Saturday 18:00 - 23:00. (Kitchen closes 22:30).
Sunday closed.
